Returns
Our terms and conditions apply to returns. Returns can be made if there are defects. However, we do not accept returns if the product has been opened, not the package or packaging. Specifically, no serum bottle, cream jar, or tube may be opened and the product tested. These products are not test products. We currently do not have any test products in our shop.
Money-back guarantee
We guarantee to refund your money if the product is returned properly, undamaged, and unopened.

Missing or damaged packages
We track all shipments so no package can go missing. If you haven't received your package within 14-30 business days, please send an email to Larsheinemann@glossyvital.com. We will then try to locate the package.
If a package is damaged, please return it to the manufacturer/retail partner.
